Lower Roshamuul

❄️ Use Avalanche as they are most effective on Frazzlemaws which you will be killing the most of. They are also the better option for Silencers and will be quite effective against the Shock Head. One thing you will have to be careful of is that Silencers can lower your magic level which can make it dangerous if you are full boxed as your healing will decrease drastically. Silencers can lower your magic level by up to 80%. 

🛡️ As a Paladin I would recommend an either Enchanted Pendulet or a Sleep Shawl for the additional physical protection even though their elemental resistances won't help you. I was generally wearing a Ring of Blue Plasma but it could also be very helpful to use a Prismatic Ring or Ring of Souls for their additional protection. 

👣 There are a total of 125 Charm Points available if you unlock all of the creatures here. Frazzlemaw and Shock Head will each take 2500 kills while Silencer will be 1000 kills. Based on my estimates it would take 5 hours to complete Silencer, 6.5 hours to complete Frazzlemaw, and 23 hours to complete Shock Head while hunting this spawn. This can be a good starting spawn in Roshamuul. Charms on Silencer and Frazzlemaw can help you out while hunting Roshamuul West, Bones, or Shock Head Valley.
